What you can list

Short version: sell what is actually yours, show what you actually did, and describe it honestly. The rest is detail — but the detail matters, because some of it is the law and the rest is why someone trusts a stranger enough to let them into their home.

If we take something down, we tell you which rule and why, and you can reply. We keep the exact wording you agreed to when you listed, so the conversation is about what was actually said — not what either of us remembers.
